Do you offer products in sizes or options different than the options on your website?
We are willing to explore alternatives if you can not find the size or option you are looking for. Reach out to us and let us know what you need and we will do our best to please you.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What do I do?

When will I receive my order?
- Apparel delivery takes roughly 7-9 business days after placing an order.
- Greeting Cards should arrive 1-2 weeks after ordering.
- Watches arrive 5-6 weeks (they take time... get it?)
Do you ship internationally?
No. We do ship internationally. We currently only ship to the US and Canada. We are small and just starting, though we look forward to expanding once we get settled in.
Can I change or cancel my order, or update my shipping address?
Yes. If you experience a change of mind about some aspect of your order, please contact us (text 812.302.2002 for fastest response) as soon as possible (ideally within hours of placing your order), and we will let you know if we have the power to adjust things. We strive to make you happy, and we will do what we can.
What shipping carrier and shipping methods are you using?
Currently, we only ship using USPS for both the free shipping (orders over $30) and paid shipping (orders under $30.
What happens if I don’t receive my order or my tracking link is not valid?

I’m not happy with my item(s) what do I do?
If your item does not fit, feel comfortable or is otherwise undesirable, you have 10 days to return your item for a full store credit. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
I received a damaged product, what do I do?
If your product has a defect, please take a photo of the defect and text it to us (812.302.2002), or email it to us (email@example.com).
What are your exchange, refund, and return policies?
We have a 10-DAY RETURN POLICY. This means that after you receive your items, (eg. December 1, 2018), you have ten days to put your items in the mail (at your expense). Your return must be postmarked no later than ten days following the receipt of your order (eg. December 11, 2018).
IF DAMAGED, TAKE A PICTURE AND SEND (text or email) TO US BEFORE RETURNING. You have 10 days after receiving your order to return, exchange or replace any items with a defect. If the item is damaged, take a picture of the item and email or text the image to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or 812.302.2002. We will need to provide this image for our suppliers in order to receive a free replacement for you.
